Intro to Google Classroom
Google Classroom is a great way for you to push information, assignments, links, and videos to your students, and it's a way for them to turn in or complete digital work. It's a simple app that you and your students can access on any computer or mobile device. You will walk away from this intro session with your own classroom, knowing how to add your students to your classroom, and add assignments.

You will learn how to link your EdPuzzle and Google Classroom accounts to create formative assessments based on videos from TedTalks, Youtube, Vimeo, Khan Academy and more! EdPuzzle is an exciting new way to gauge student progress while engaging them in a fun new way to learn. Students get immediate feedback on their abilities and are 100% engaged. This session will allow you to realize the potential of using Google Tools in your classroom. Since becoming a Google Innovator in 2009, I have fully embraced many of the tools to maximize learning and engagement in my classroom. When you come to this session, I will show you some interactive options with Google Drawings. Come learn about the great tools that students and teachers can add to their Chrome Browser and Google Apps. These tools increase functionality of the standard apps of Docs, Slides, Spreadsheets, and Forms as well as websites.
