Shared Leadership, Flexible Classroom Space and Transformational Learning: a new model for teacher leading and learning
This panel discussion will examine the Digital Learning Coaches model that was employed at Air Academy High School, a BYOD high school, during the 2016-17 school year. Panelists will discuss the shared DLC model, the acquisition and use of flexible classroom spaces, and working with staff to increase transformational learning and provide coaching and just-in-time learning through our teacher Professional Learning after school “university” at AAHS.
